Being an employment tribunal witness: tips to help you prepare
Nurses are sometimes called on to appear before an employment tribunal, to give evidence for a colleague, their employer, or to testify in a case they have brought against an employer, such as for discrimination or unfair, wrongful or constructive dismissal.
