Frailty clinic shows what happens when nurses are listened to
Nurses often have revolutionary ideas to improve patient care, yet too often they’re not heard, says our columnist. A nurse-led frailty clinic has shown the benefits of such initiatives and should be replicated across the UK, she argues, saving the NHS cash and, most importantly, improving people’s quality of life.
