Flexible nursing degree: a ‘lifesaver’ for work-life balance
A university’s flexible course has received ‘overwhelmingly positive’ feedback, enabling students to coordinate study around their caring responsibilities at home as well as other work commitments. Swansea University's course offers a shorter study week, hybrid learning, increased annual leave and flexible sessions, for example between 10am and 2pm to fit in around school times.
