Nutrition and cancer
Cancer patients may develop many nutritional problems resulting from the disease itself or from its treatment. Although the reasons for these cannot yet be fully explained many contributors have been identified including biological, metabolic and psychosocial factors; these are discussed here and approaches to care and management are described.
